Where we deliver

We deliver all over Bangladesh by courier.

Delivery charges

  • Inside Dhaka: ৳130
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳130

The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order, and you pay it together with the product price when the parcel arrives.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. Delivery can take longer to remote areas, during public holidays such as Eid, in bad weather or at very busy times. Call or WhatsApp us for the expected delivery time of your order.

Order confirmation

After you order, we may call or message you to confirm your order and address, and we send it once it is confirmed. Please keep your phone on so that we and the courier can reach you.

Cash on delivery

Pay the delivery person in cash when your parcel arrives: the product price plus the delivery charge.

If delivery fails

If the courier cannot reach you or deliver the parcel, it comes back to us and we will contact you. If a parcel is refused without a valid reason, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel looks damaged when it arrives, tell the delivery person and contact us right away. For damaged or wrong items, see our Return & Refund Policy.
